We’re extremely proud to announce that the ‘My World – My Pride’ project has been honored with the Jury Award at the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Affordable Housing Awards 2025, in the Maharashtra category. This prestigious recognition acknowledges our commitment to developing sustainable, quality, and affordable housing solutions that fulfill the aspirations of modern Indian families.

The award ceremony was held on 5th June 2025 at Hotel Eros, Nehru Place, New Delhi, in the presence of several distinguished guests, industry leaders and government officials. The chief Guest for the evening, Hon’ble Shri Tokhan Sahu, Minister of State for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, personally presented the award to Mr. Nitin Bagadia, Director, Manjeet Pride Group and a well-respected architect in the field. The event celebrated excellence in affordable housing and recognised projects that truly reflect dedication to quality construction, thoughtful design and social impact.

My World, My Pride project, located in Chhtrapati Sambhajinagar, by Simar Pride Ventures LLP was selected for its exceptional commitment to building quality homes that are both affordable and aspirational. My World is the city’s first largest township. Spread across 18 acres with 80% open space, features 324 2BHK homes, built with connected podiums, green zones, 50+ lifestyle amenities, green roofs, a well-planned rainwater harvesting system, powered by solar energy for common areas and cross ventilation features through strategic building orientation. These homes not only qualify for government subsidies but also provide GST at just 1% with a promise of timely delivery and RERA registration.
